how we will communicate
As I mentioned above we will be using a project management tool called Trello to keep everything running smoothly. It’s very simple and I’ve recorded a quick video walk through below.
I really appreciate simple and straightforward feedback. It helps me clearly understand your thoughts and make the right changes to your designs, don’t worry about offending me!
Here are a few tips on providing awesome feedback:
Please make sure your feedback in our shared Trello board.
Try to use bullet points to break up your feedback.
Read over your feedback to make sure it’s clear and check that you’ve answered any questions I may have asked.
Post your feedback as a comment on the relevant Trello card instead of emailing me directly. Back and forth emails can get confusing but communicating in Trello will keep things organised!
If you have team members that would like to add their feedback, I kindly ask that you gather the feedback into one message. This stops everyone from getting confused and keeps the project organized.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I get an update on the site progress?
Of course. The first port of call will be your Trello board - check your emails for a link, or head to trello.com and log in to see the board. If you need more info, drop me an email.
How do I pay you?
Generally payments are made via PayPal invoice. I will send you an invoice when we are at that stage of a project for payment. Payments can also be accepted by bank transfer if required.
Will you show me how to update the site myself?
Absolutely! At the end of your project, there will be a page on your website (hidden from the public) with all of the video tutorials you need to allow you to update and maintain your site.
Will you send me the editable design files?
You will receive the graphic files for use on future projects however I do not include the editable files within this package. But if you do want them, let me know and I’ll create a separate invoice for the cost of these files.
Are you able to maintain the site for me?
I certainly can. I offer an hourly rate based maintenance package (£50/hr), so please drop me an email and we can discuss your requirements.
